System rooms located at the center of information technologies and energy rooms that guarantee the uninterrupted operation of system rooms (business continuity); Instant monitoring according to variables such as heat / temperature, humidity, air quality, entry / exit, flood, seismic events, informing / warning the relevant people in possible risk situations using all communication channels as quickly as possible, business continuity and information security. It is important to provide today's essentials such as.

Erciyes University - Information Technology Department, which is aware of these critical tasks and has been using Schneider Netbotz 450 for a long time to meet this need,  They started to look for a different solution because their capacity did not meet their increasing needs and was not expandable, and besides notifications via e-mail and SMS, these notification methods were not sufficient outside working hours and they needed a solution that would automatically call the phone numbers they determined when necessary. .

VPROTECH believes that in order to determine the right solution, an accurate needs analysis must first be carried out, and in the analysis stages, first of all:

1. Listened to the customer and identified their needs,

2. Conducted detailed field surveys as necessary,

3. Before possible applications, they supported their work with 2D drawings and application plans and, with the approval of the customer, It successfully completed the project implementation by completing the installation and commissioning processes.

• One (1) central environmental monitoring device. (custom viewing screens, unlimited kadding users, authorization and reports)

• Mobile monitoring and notification opportunity with Android and IOS application.​

• Connection and monitoring of up to five (5) IP-based devices. [ Integration of three (3) UPS, two (one) air conditioners and one (1) video recorder (NVR)]

• Six (6) temperature / humidity sensors.

• Three (3) air quality sensors.

• Two (2) point flood sensors.

• One ( 1) alert and notification module via sms, e-mail and telephone / call.

• Two (2) industrial magnetic door contacts.

• Integration of one (1) burglar alarm panel and two (2) fire alarm panels.

• Cabling, installation, commissioning, training.

• Possibility to integrate and monitor ten (10) SNMP / TCP-IP devices.
